- each unit is 80sqm with alfresco and under cover carport
- Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with an Ensuite Bathroom
- Bedroom 2 can be configured with two separate long single beds or as a king size
- Full Kitchen with Coffee Machine
- The Main living area sofa can be converted to a sofa bed when 4-6 guests are booked
- Bathroom 2 also contains a laundry with washing machine
